These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bt939 ("bt939", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the bt939 website, mobile site, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any bt939 service. These Terms apply to all products and features on bt939, including but not limited to sports betting, live betting, online casino, live casino, Aviator, virtual sports, esports betting, and all promotional offers.

bt939 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-site notification. Continued use of bt939 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To use any real-money feature on bt939, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering for yourself personally, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had a bt939 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Online betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bt939 employee.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. bt939 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC, utility bill, or other government-issued identity document — to verify any information provided. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on bt939. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether linked by name, phone number, CNIC, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifier — bt939 may merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold bonuses obtained through duplicate registration.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and account security details confidential. bt939 will never contact you to ask for your password. You must notify bt939 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bt939 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

bt939 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to player balances. All deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Supported Payment Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard debit/credit cards. bt939 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum deposit: varies by payment method — check the deposit page for current limits
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay credit instantly to your bt939 balance
• IBFT and card deposits may take up to 2 business hours during peak periods
• bt939 does not charge deposit processing fees

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 300
• Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method as your most recent deposit, where technically possible
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before funds from a bonus can be withdrawn
• bt939 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under normal circumstances
• IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank
• bt939 reserves the right to perform identity verification before processing any withdrawal

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, esports betting, and virtual sports markets on bt939. Sport-specific and market-specific rules supplement these general betting terms and are published within each sport's section of the platform.

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 for most markets. Some special markets may carry different minimums.
• Maximum bet: varies by sport, market, event tier, and account history. bt939 reserves the right to set individual bet limits at its discretion.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where bt939's cash-out feature is available and used within the permitted window.
• bt939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was affected by a technical error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure. Voided bets are returned to your bt939 balance in full.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets on that event remain valid. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours or cancelled outright, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error by bt939, the platform reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, even after the event has concluded.

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. bt939 may suspend live markets at any time during a match to protect the integrity of betting — this is standard practice and does not constitute a breach of these Terms. Bets placed before a market suspension remain valid.

Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If any selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

All casino games, live casino tables, and instant win games on bt939 are supplied by licensed game providers. The random number generators used in all bt939 casino games are independently certified and regularly audited for fairness. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by bt939 or any player.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or game category on the bt939 platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule takes precedence for that game only.

• bt939 is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game, bt939 will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the round according to the final algorithmic outcome. Any resulting win or loss is final.
• Aviator and similar crash games use provably fair algorithms. Results are generated before each round and cryptographically verifiable.
• Virtual sports use certified RNG systems. Outcomes are not predetermined by bt939 and cannot be influenced by prior betting patterns.

bt939 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all bt939 promotions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your bt939 balance. Real money is used first in all wagering.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Lower limits apply immediately. Higher limits require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year. During the exclusion period, login access is blocked. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed before expiry.

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements for registration.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Sustained abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at bt939 staff.
• Request from a payment provider or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bt939 reserves the right to void any pending bets and withhold any associated winnings. Real-money balances that are not connected to any breach will be refunded following standard identity verification.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting bt939 support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding legal obligations — wagering histories and transaction records are retained in accordance with our data retention obligations.

bt939 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt939 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of real-time data feeds, or the fitness of any game or service for a particular purpose.

bt939 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures or device issues on the player's side.
• Third-party data feed errors that cause incorrect odds to be displayed for a brief period.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government action that disrupts platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bt939's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bt939 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — bt939 will provide advance notice via registered email address or on-site notification.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you continue to use bt939 after Terms have been updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance at no penalty.
